Although Fragranzy.com is a new website, our family-owned company has been proudly involved in the fragrance industry since 2013, primarily focusing on the wholesale fragrance business. Absolutely. All of our fragrances are 100% authentic and original, sourced only from authorized distributors, licensed suppliers, or directly from the brands themselves. We do not sell fakes or replicas—ever. Every bottle you receive is guaranteed genuine, so you can shop with complete confidence.

We know it can be hard to trust online perfume retailers, but real businesses that value their reputation don’t — and can’t — survive by selling fake fragrances.

Shipping

How soon will my order be shipped and delivered?

We process and ship all orders within 1 business day, so you won’t be waiting long. We use reliable carriers like USPS and UPS to ensure your fragrances arrive quickly and safely.

Delivery times typically range from 2 to 5 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method you choose at checkout. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey from our door to yours.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number included. You can click the tracking link in that email or copy the number and paste it into the USPS or UPS website, depending on the carrier used.

This will show you real-time updates on your fragrance delivery, so you’ll always know where your package is and when it’s expected to arrive.

The tracking says delivered but I am unable to find my package, what should I do now?

If your tracking status says "delivered" but you haven’t received your package, here are a few steps you can take:

  1. Double-check the tracking info — look for specific delivery details like Parcel Locker, Front Porch, Mailbox, or Side Entrance.
  2. Ask your neighbors — carriers sometimes deliver to the wrong address by mistake.
  3. Wait 1–2 business days — in some cases, the carrier may mark a package as delivered prematurely and it arrives shortly afterward.
  4. Contact the carrier — they may have additional details or be able to locate the package.

If you’ve done all of the above and still can’t locate your order, please reach out to us directly. We’ll be happy to open a claim with the carrier on your behalf to help resolve the issue. Please note: we are only able to honor the final outcome of the carrier’s investigation.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on all U.S. orders — no minimum purchase required. We believe in keeping things simple and transparent, so the price you see is the price you pay. Your order will ship via USPS or UPS, and you'll receive a tracking number as soon as it leaves our facility.

Are packages shipped with signature confirmation?

Our goal is to make sure your authentic fragrance order arrives safely, so we may require a signature depending on the item and delivery circumstances.

Which shipping carriers do you use?

We use USPS and UPS to ship our packages.

Order Cancellations and Returns

Can I change the address on my order?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipping address once an order has been placed. Please make sure to double-check your billing and shipping details before completing your purchase.

If you need to update the address, please contact us immediately. If your order hasn’t been processed or shipped yet, we may be able to cancel it so you can place a new one with the correct information. However, once the order has shipped or is in transit, we’re unable to make changes or cancellations.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order — but only if it hasn’t been shipped yet. Since we process orders on the same business day or within 1 business day, the window to cancel is very limited.

If you’d like to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to stop the shipment, but once the order has been processed or handed over to the carrier, we’re unable to cancel it.

After a return or cancellation, when will the funds be back on my card?

Once your return or cancellation is processed, refunds typically take 2–5 business days to appear on your credit or debit card, depending on your bank or card issuer.

We process approved refunds quickly, but the exact timing can vary based on your financial institution’s policies. If it’s been more than 5 business days and you still don’t see the refund, we recommend contacting your bank for further assistance.

How do returns work at Fragranzy?

We offer a 30-day return period for all full-size fragrance bottles shipped within the U.S. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date.

Unopened Bottles: If your fragrance is unopened and in original packaging, you’re eligible for a full refund, minus the cost of return shipping.

Opened or Gently Used Bottles: Returns on opened or lightly used fragrances are accepted as well, but are subject to a 10% restocking fee in addition to the return shipping cost.

To begin the return process, simply email our support team. We’ll send you a prepaid return label via email. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 2 business days. Please note that depending on your bank, it may take an additional 2–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
